Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Biagiotti views plastic surgery as the intersection of advanced surgical technique and refined aesthetic judgment. A board-eligible plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, breast, and body, she brings a highly individualized and academically rigorous approach to patient care shaped by her lifelong dedication to both science and the arts.
Originally from New York, Dr. Biagiotti graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with dual degrees in Integrative Neuroscience and Music Performance. Her multidisciplinary background established the foundation of her practice today: an emphasis on elevated surgical execution, nuanced aesthetic analysis, and patient-centered care.
She earned her medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine, where she received the Glasgow-Rubin Certificate from the American Medical Women’s Association in recognition of graduating in the top ten percent of her class. She subsequently completed a rigorous six-year Integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of North Carolina.
Dr. Biagiotti is proud to bring her expertise to Charlottesville Plastic Surgery, where she is committed to helping patients achieve natural, individualized results that align with their goals and identity. Her philosophy centers on thoughtful consultation, technical excellence, and cultivating trusted relationships built on transparency, comfort, and confidence throughout the surgical experience.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Biagiotti is an avid trail runner, backpacker, and traveler who also holds certification in mountain and expedition medicine. Whether performing music, navigating remote terrain, or caring for patients, she is continually inspired by the discipline, adaptability, and balance these pursuits require. She looks forward to building lasting relationships within the Charlottesville community.
