Office Hours:

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Appointments:

There are multiple ways to create an appointment at Charlottesville Plastic Surgery. You can call our office and directly talk with our scheduler, send a consultation request through our website direct message, or directly view our available clinic times and schedule your appointment through a link on our website. Please expect a call from our office confirming this date and time and a convenient way to send you our paperwork.

Scheduling and No-Show Policy:

Our aim is to provide quality medical care in a timely manner. To achieve this, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation policy. We charge a consultation fee and have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If the patient knows they are running late, we ask that they please call us as soon as possible at 434-227-5333. We aim for a 15-minute late rescheduling policy, so each patient receives the proper dedicated time with the plastic surgeon.

Insurance and Billing:

Charlottesville Plastic Surgery accepts most major insurance carriers. You can contact your insurance carrier by calling the member services number on your card to verify that we are in your network. The qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the distinctiveness of each procedure.

Payment Options:

We accept cashier’s checks, cash, and credit cards. Cosmetic payments are due 2 weeks prior to their scheduled surgical dates.

Financing:

We accept Care Credit and PatientFi. Patients also have the option to pay in increments up to 2 weeks prior to their surgery.

CareCredit helps patients pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses that your insurance doesn’t cover. It is accepted by over 100,000 providers and is the nation’s leading patient financing program. For more information, visit www.carecredit.com or contact our office.

PatientFi partners with healthcare practices by offering monthly plans so you can say yes to the elective procedures of your choice. To learn more about PatientFi, visit their website at www.patientfi.com.

Commonly Asked Questions:

Is your doctor a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon?

Dr. Willis carries dual board certification in general surgery (ABS) and plastic surgery (ABPS). Certification matters – we encourage each patient to do their research when finding a plastic surgeon. Not all “cosmetic surgeons” are plastic surgeons and having a board-certified plastic surgeon perform your cosmetic procedures ensures they have passed the rigorous requirements set by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Do you offer Medical Spa treatments?

CPS is a fully functioning aesthetics spa in addition to offering cosmetic plastic surgery. We offer the full spectrum of non-invasive aesthetic procedures.  If you visit for a non-invasive spa treatment or injection and we feel that plastic surgery may better fit your goals, we will help facilitate an in-house consultation. Our goal is honest and lasting results.

When will I get a price quote for surgery?

Although we can provide a general price range prior to your appointment, a price estimate is only provided after your thorough consultation with Dr. Willis. This is because each patient and their goals are uniquely different. At the end of your consultation with Dr. Willis, his patient care coordinator will go over your individual price estimate with you. This price estimate is honored for 6 months from your consultation. If your surgical plan changes in the interim, CPS will provide you with an updated estimate.

I am from out of town, can I get surgery with Dr. Willis?

We treat many patients from out of town. Please reach out to our team ahead of your appointment and we can make the stay in Charlottesville easy and enjoyable. Charlottesville, VA is a destination city with numerous fine restaurants and over 40 local vineyards – the perfect place to rest and relax after your surgery.
