Breast Augmentation
Traditional breast augmentation involves placing a silicone or saline implant underneath the existing breast tissue to improve the shape and size of the breast. This is an outpatient surgery where patients can go home the same day.
Breast Lift
A mastopexy, or “breast lift” is a very common procedure for women who develop low hanging, or “deflated,” breasts, commonly, after weight loss, childbirth, or advanced age. A mastopexy involves re-suspending the breast back to a firmer and perkier shape.
Breast Reduction
A breast reduction is similar surgically to a lift but additionally involves removing excess breast tissue in the process. A reduction can help alleviate bra grooving at the shoulders, back pain, poor posture, rashes, and overall appearance.
Breast Contouring/Fat Grafting
Breast contouring with either liposuction (to reduce size) or fat grafting (to improve shape and size) has been gaining strong popularity. Fat grafting to the breast involves injecting a patient’s own fat (after liposuction) to create a fuller, improved shape. The fat will incorporate naturally and change with the patient’s own weight loss/gain.

Female to Male Top Surgery
Transgender mastectomy and free nipple graft is the most common method of performing “top surgery.” Care is taken to design the incision to lay in the line of the pectoralis shadow, thereby creating a natural, male aesthetic chest.
Male to Female Top Surgery
Male to female top surgery involves placing an implant underneath the pectoralis muscle of the chest. The technique involves similar principles to breast augmentation.
