With over 10 years of luxury project and financial management experience, Rachel will navigate you through the surgical scheduling process with ease, ensuring your experience is tailored just for you. Rachel prioritizes creating a meaningful connection with patients at CPS and will make your experience as seamless as possible. She is an avid reader, loves throwing a fantastic dinner party, and is a lifelong Formula One enthusiast, never missing Sunday race day. In her free time, you will find her enjoying Charlottesville with friends and family, planning her next travel adventure, or spending time at home with her cat, Toast. 

Amy is our aesthetic nurse and injector specialist. Coming from Lynchburg, VA, she brings 9 years of plastic surgery nursing experience to the team here at CPS. Her focus includes all facial injectables, chemical peels, microneedling and an extensive laser experience. Her knowledge of ZO Skin Health products is unparalleled and is here to answer any questions our patient may have regarding plastic surgery and medical spa treatments.

Amy brings over 30 years of nursing and administrative experience from Roanoke, VA to CPS. She is a former operating room nurse with a focus on plastic surgery and has been a clinical manager for both plastic and family practices. Amy retired from nursing in 2020 but missed her patients and profession. She is now a part-time multi-tasker at our practice; assisting when and where we need her most. She is also a member of a surgical mission team and travels with them to Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. In her free time, Amy is an avid DIY’er, enjoys traveling the globe with her husband, and spending weekends with their rescue dogs at their cabin by the creek in Bath County, Va.

Julie has over 10 years of experience at a local outpatient surgery center assisting in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She graduated from PVCC Magna Cum Laude with an associates degree in Science and and graduated from her Surgical Technologist program with honors. She has mastered the art of multi-tasking by raising 5 kids, but now has time to relax and enjoy her first grandchild. On the weekends you can find her in her garden or in a kayak on the James River.

Liv brings 8+ years of medical experience to Charlottesville Plastic Surgery as a Certified Medical Assistant. Her experience includes Levels I,II and III trauma centers, the Louisa Fire Department, and the burn center at Chippenham Hospital. Liv is currently enrolled in the Hospital Administration Program at Liberty University with an anticipated graduation date of January, 2026. In her free time, she enjoys reading, making fresh sourdough bread, crocheting and spending time with her fiance.

With 8 years of retail management experience and 2 years working for a local Mohs surgeon, Abby brings both precision and personality to her role at Charlottesville Plastic surgery. She is a North Carolina native and a Tar Heel, graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with her degree in Communication Studies. Abby has a genuine passion for making patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. Outside of work, she enjoys lounging by the pool (with lots of SPF), needlepointing, and painting, often with a Taylor Swift song playing in the background! She loves all things musical theater and spending time with her two cats, Eggs and Juni.
