Latisse® is a prescription treatment that makes your eyelashes grow longer, thicker, and darker. The active ingredient in Latisse® is bimatoprost, a prescription solution that has traditionally been used to treat glaucoma. When used for lash growth, a lower strength solution is applied to the upper lid at the lash line instead of directly into the eye. Results develop over several months, and last as long as you continue to use the product.  Before you begin your prescription, Dr. Vastine will meet with you briefly to discuss your medical history and treatment with Latisse®.
